Nowa Niwnica Modern Single-Family Houses

Nowa Niwnica is a modern single-family residential development in Niwnica, near Nysa, Poland — a place I’m personally connected to. This project presents a series of architectural visualizations created to reflect its minimalist architecture, the contrast between elegant gray brick and white plaster and its calm, green surroundings. Private gardens with small greenhouses, as well as pergolas, offer a peaceful retreat from the urban bustle, creating a sense of idyllic charm.
